Raymond was amazing! He greeted us as soon as we arrived and gave us an estimated time of completion. He also reminded me that there is a recall on my car. We were unable to get the recall completed while there as the parts were not available. Raymond placed an order for the parts and stated that he would call me when they arrived. Terrible experience. Process of cashier and system was abhorrent. The initial invoice was overpriced, waited for the service manager to fix it. Check out signature process does not allow you to see what sections of the bill you’re accepting or signing. Very disappointed.
