I did not appreciate them leaving the A/C wide open & blowing strong. They did the same thing with the Tacoma truck the day before. The A/C should be turned completely off before they turn off the engine.

I was charged for a service to check sensors for the low tire air light of $75.00 when all it was that the tires needed air and the lighted needed to be reset. I have always had my RAV4 serviced with you and been very satisfied, but being used as a scape goat because I’m a woman is not okay. I told the attendant that checked me in the light had been on for a while but I was not comfortable checking the spare tire.

It would be nice if my paperwork (from vehicle service) was a bit more detailed. I’d rather know something is in the yellow area than all of a sudden be surprised about needing something. Also, some service departments post an estimate for certain mileage services. It would be nice to know a ballpark price before making an appointment.

I was happy that the tech found out my brake fluid needed changed but very unhappy to find out that out of all the times since 2016 and since all the times I asked service dept “does my car need anything done” that not once in 8 years did they catch or change my brake fluid. I really think I deserve my money back on the 177.00 charge for this brake fluid service. I want to know why no caught this from 2016-2024 except the young lady that helped me today.
