I dropped my car off at 10am and was told it would be done by 4:30, I am not from the area and was suppose to head back home the next morning, I didn’t receive a call until 4pm telling me they were unable to get to my car, I had to ask if it could be done first thing the next morning because I was only offered to come get it… I did leave it overnight to be done the next morning. When I came to pick it up I was charged the wrong amount ($179 more) and gave someone else’s paperwork, this wouldn’t have been such an issue but when I went back to the receptionist to tell her she was extremely rude and a little bit hateful about the fact she would have to refund me money.

Damaged two rims, did not put valve stem covers back on, waited 3.25 hours for Mount, balance and alignment. Watched every single person including new people cycle in and out while I waited. Are you overbooking or taking walk in? Drove from Lexington to get better service and quality than a local tire store. Got neither
