We scheduled a service appointment because our 2023 Toyota Highlander’s hatch would not work right. We have had problems for 2+ weeks and my husband even videoed the issue we were having with it. It does not happen every time we open the hatch but is becoming more frequent, happening at different times of the day. Because the service people could not see this problem with their eyes, even though they watched the video, we received no service on our Highlander. My husband was there for 3 hours for nothing to be done to our Highlander. They parked it in the sun and worked on other cars and said they would check on it later in the day. After this amount of time we decided to take our car back home because we can’t tell you what time this is going to happen again. Nothing was resolved with our car!
