The service was fine, however, I was very disappointed that the car wash was not working. My car was not very dirty, but I still did want it to get washed..

Alysa and Jayden and the entire service team at Sunshine did a spectacular job. Unfortunately my vehicle has to go back to Spartan to have them correct a known issue that they should have caught in it before selling to me. However, the team at Sunshine did phenomenal in helping me out with the issue that they were able help with. I wish I could have them make the repairs on my Toyota instead of taking it back to Spartan, but unfortunately Spartan says I have to take it to them to make it right. Thanks so much for the great service, Alysa.

It seems like I had to argue with the staff in order to get the brakes checked during the 10,000 mile warranty service. (Loud squeaks when backing up). Also, though I have confidence that they changed the oil&filter; no indication that the tires were rotated was on the receipt.

Courtney is very helpful and pleasant. Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied by the overall service experience (outside of Courtney’s control). When I made the appointment for the recall repair, I was told this would be a 2 hour appointment. I scheduled for 9:15 because we had activities for our kids that afternoon. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was asked what time I needed it back and I said I needed to have my son at swimming lessons by 3:00. I was told that was no problem. Around 2:00 I called to check on the status because I had not heard anything and was told it was not close to being finished. The car ended up not being finished until 4:45 which completely messed up transportation to all of our activities (swimming lessons, guitar lessons, lacrosse) for our children. This caused a lot of stress and caused my son to be late for a pre-tournament practice which may cost his starting position. Toyota needs to provide accurate time estimates for service- and when the service is a recall, which is completely Toyota’s responsibility, they should have at minimum, done everything possible to be sure we were not inconvenienced. I have never been so disappointed in the 15 years that we have used Sunshine Toyota for all of our vehicle needs.

My online inspection report did not have any information on it. PLUS the only concern they noted was a tire. It seems as though the inspections are getting less thorough each time. The last time, my inspection report did not note that my brakes were going bad and nothing was said to my husband.
