Worst service I have ever received from a dealership! Everyone except for Alyssa and Seth, was condescending and treated me like I was the problem for the poor sservice. I will not return!

Made appt to have recall completed and tire sensors checked.
Left the car for the entire day and had to check in the morning the next day for an update only to find out that nothing was completed. Now have to make another appointment to get recall work done.

Didn't have any spare tires on the shelf to match my car. So much for 2 year bumper to bumper coverage. Dealership was aware I had a flat tire for over 2 weeks. I couldn't drive on the highway for that entire time. Very disappointed. Service manager not available. Poor!!!!

I did want the 4 Runner drive shafts lubricated (2). There are a total of 4 U joints and 2 slip joints that will need to be lubricated with lithium based grease at my next 5000 mile oil change. I will purchase a grease gun with lithium grease and bring it for the next oil change. Otherwise Care was excellent.
