Alysa Clines was very polite and personable, yet professional. She kept me informed of the status of my service. The service was completed in a very timely manner. The exterior of the car was washed after the service and repair work was completed. Chris(K) the service manager seems to do a very good job managing the department. Jeff who always does my service work, greeted me when we saw each other. I have never had a bad experience with the Sunshine service department.
