I was happy w service. But, they showed me corroded battery terminal but they didnt clean it? Thats an easy customer service win when the tech has all the tools right there. Just didnt make sense that they didnt clean it. I just spent 121 on oil change & tire rotation.

Always forget to reset my dash for oil reminder,been going here years and just found out supposed to wash vehicle also. That never gets done. If I ask to have something else checked at time of oil change they forget, , always have to wait a hour and half, people don’t call you back to make appointments, the only person who seems to care at all in the place is the lady with short gray hair. Complaints to service manager are met with lip service no follow through or real help.
