My service rep was Courtney I had to reschedule my original appointment. When I called to reschedule, Courtney was very polite and friendly, and quickly reschedule to a time that was more convenient for me. When I arrive from my appointment, she agreed to me, gave me an approximate time as to how long the service would take. Courtney was extremely accurate on the length of time, and we finished up our paperwork. Courtney was very professional and friendly

If they notice that there was an oil leak, there was no need for them to actually do an oil change. Plus, I needed them to fix the light on my license plate because it was out and they did not do it. They did however fix the front light. That was the only positive.
