It feels as though the wait time for my service to be completed gets longer and longer each time. Almost two hours for an oil change feels long. I understand some visits taking longer than others, but it feels that the wait time is consistently long.

I signed up for this oil change online.
It says oil change is $83
And after oil change I get charged $140
Not what I was expecting.
Michelle is a great helpful worker.
She mentioned they use full synthetic oil.
But this is after completion of oil change.
I was not expecting to be paying over $50 extra for the oil change.
Think I’ll just start doing it myself
