Michelle went above and beyond. I came in on the wrong day. My appointment was for tomorrow, but she graciously let me stay as I drive from the west edge of Kalamazoo. They were busy and she told me I would have to wait. It was done very quickly. I’m extremely grateful. Thank you Michelle ????

Outstanding Service!

The waiting room/lounge was really cold. The bathroom was clean and smelled good. I thank you for all the nice items for us the customers get to enjoy while we are waiting.

10/30/25 appointment was charged for rotating bad tires. Was not informed about needing alignment. Was not informed about recall. 11/6/25 appointment for alignment Courtney gave me credit from the tire rotation towards the alignment

For the most part everything was handled perfectly. I picked up my vehicle and noticed that the tire pressure was 2 to 3 lbs higher on the driverside of the vehicle than the passenger side. I called and was told to bring it back. The woman I spoke with was helpful the entire time. However when I brought it back and pulled in, a young man came up to the vehicle and I told him what was going on, he opened the door to see what the tires were supposed to be at and asked me if the light came on indicating that something was wrong. I said no. I had him get in to see what I was seeing on the tire sensors. I told him I didn't want the tires to be damaged by being over inflated. He said not to worry about it and to wait for a light to come on. He basically treated me like it was a hassle. I paid for my tires to be rotated and oil changed. I would think that someone would accurately check to make sure my tires were at the pressure they should be! To me it seemed that the passenger side were accurately inflated and the drivers side were over inflated!I realize that the pressure changes with changes in temperature, but isn't it risking problems to have one side way over inflated? That's why I go to my dealership to make sure things are accurate. Not shoddy workmanship for my time and money and my trust.

I scheduled an appointment for tire rotation, oil change and to service a recall on my Toyota. After 2 hours and 15 minutes I only received the oil change and tore rotation. The recall was not assessed and I had to schedule another appointment.
