I was told the diagnostic parts were in. Then later was told the recall part wouldn’t be in until 2025 due to some recalls. Lo and behold the windshield part came and they found a broken clip and had to reorder.
Anyway service worked on parts for diagnostics the following Monday. Car was brought back to us minus windshield par. The car does run better after work. Waiting for windshield part no. Do wish you all a Happy Thanksgiving.

I thank my representative Audrey and the service team for their work . What I am not satisfied with right now is Ford Motor company. My catalytic converter was bad , but it was not known intil the very day the recall work was performed on my vehicle. That recall was on the sensor that alerts me to the converter being bad . I am just over 300 miles out of warranty to replace the converter , that is less than 1 weeks worth of driving . Also, my alert could have went off when the catalytic converter went out while my vehicle was still I under warranty . Except for the recall on the warning device wasn’t working properly . I think Ford motor company should reimburse me the amount I had to pay for that repair, or prove to me my catalytic just did go bad AFTER the warranty expired .
