Upon visually inspecting my o/s right mirror, a replacement mirror was needed and ordered from Ford. The mirror was received at the dealership in less than a week. I was called & notified, an appointment at my convenience was set. The mirror was installed in less than a half hour & I was on my way. Thank you for the usual outstanding service.

They are fast, professional and trusting. I had been taking my vehicle to another dealer to have this repair completed they argued it was not needed. Capital City Ford Greenfield, not only acknowledged the repair was needed, but, came to my home to complete the repair. The tech Evan was very professional completed the repair in about an half an hour. I am in complete awe and will not trust my vehicle with any other dealer in the future!

Audrey is always amazing and helpful! The specific tech I had was very nice too! Normally(not not necessarily at capital city) I think the tech has a high horse but this guys was very nice and down to earth. I would always want to have him look at my car in the future if he’s available. Overall a very good visit!
