The last two times that I brought my truck there to get worked on was unsatisfactory. One time I left there and had to come directly back to point out the issue that they did not fix and the second time they reference me to go somewhere else for service, after they tried to tell me they couldn’t find a problem and after debating with them, they finally found it but couldn’t fix it

Today though, I received a text and my ford app had a message to service my engine soon .it states an issue has been detected with my emissions or exhaust system . For me it was a job well done, couldn’t have been better. Josh was very professional. I used to drive a Buick, traded it in on the Expedition. Service was not that impressive on the Buick. The car was a good car but the attitude at two of the GM dealers was marginal at best.

I called a couple days ago and spoke to the lady in the service department and told her that my power steering module was out and I wanted to check and see if it was on the recall list. I had the VIN number ready and she told me that I had to have the vehicle at the dealership so they can match everything up to see if it was recall or not. And I told her I knew what the problem was. I just needed to know if it was on the list. So I had the vehicle towed up to your shop and today I got a phone call from a lady who told me it wasn’t on the recall list and that it was gonna cost over $2000 to fix the issue. I declined that and told her I would come and get the vehicle to which she then replied that I owed you guys $160 for diagnosing the issue. I already knew what the issue was. I didn’t need it diagnosed. I just needed to know if it was on the recall list. The lady I spoke to the other day before I had it towed up there didn’t mention a dang thing about $160 diagnostics or I wouldn’t even brought it up to the shop. So I basically paid you guys $160 today to tell me what I already knew and that’s kind of ****. So no, I’m not satisfied at all actually I’m quite pissed off.
