Well a couple of things were not completed. The 4 X 4 decal on the rear fender was found on the dashboard, not on the rear fender. And the clearance light on the same fender wasn’t secured after the work was done. It tells me that your body service has no attention to detail.

Asked for Oil Change & Brakes! Loud Squeaky noises coming from brakes! Josh called the next day to report that the truck did not need brakes! But said we should change the Filters. When I picked it up the Bill was $201.18!
Wow, how much are filters?? I have been getting routine service (works oil changes at $59). The cashier gave me a Military Discount (Marines), but I still paid $181.18! Way more than I thought it would be. In December I spent $1005 for the works & 4 new tire. Was supposed to get $200 rebate, never received it! All the stories about Dealers Overcharging came rushing back in my head! There are are a lot of places to get my vehicles service!
