I was able to get in without an appointment today. Josh let me know before hand that it might take until the end of the day, but I was expecting that. Got a ride to take care of some other running I had to do and josh called me earlier than I expected to tell me the truck was ready to go. It worked out great.

I got a works package and there was oiil/grease residue left on the ceiling by my driver side door. Also when the techs replace the sticker in the window, they never scrape off the residue/glue from the previous sticker. A razor blade and 30 secs is all it takes. Also the new policy for having to completely refuel the loaner vehicle is a bit much.
