Everyone was great! I was called and told that my cars radio screen was fixed but when I got in my car it was still not working. They assured me they would order the part right away and it should be there in the next week. I’m nervous because I don’t have an appointment set but I guess we will see. But everyone was great and hopefully I can trust they will call when it gets there

The only issue I had was after scheduling the recall to be performed a week in advance it took all day to complete. I had to call and request an update and then was told it would possibly the next day before complete. This was relayed to me by someone that answered the phone and really did not seem to care if the truck being completed was going to cause me an issue. I should not have to call for update on a unit that was scheduled a week ahead. Just did not seem to care whether I got the unit back on time or not.

Haydon Goss did a good job. We had my 2017 F150 in for routine maintenance Friday January 19 for routine maintenance oil change and tire rotation. Haydon recommended that with our 100,000 mile maintenance contact expiring we get further maintenance during this maintenance a part was broken. He informed us it needed to be ordered. We returned the following Friday to have it repaired finally. I was disappointed that we could not get a loaner until March! With the volume of vehicles you have I'd like you to consider more availability. They did return our vehicle so we only had to go 1 way.
