This trip was great. Joshua was very attentive and kept me involved the entire time I was there. Only disappointment was there were no trucks in the showroom for me to oogle over. Had a good time watching the Australian Open and drinking your decaf. Everyone seemed in good spirits and I got out faster and at a bit lower cost than I thought. Truck seemed to be running better. The wait times to get service are beyond acceptable. I need my vehicles on the road. The service folks were great after getting worked and took good care of me. But being forced by Akins to have to drop off and pick up in that scrappy truck office is not what I expect after all of my years dealing with Akins. Your treating the customers that buy the most expensive vehicles you sell like garbage. Guess we don't deserve a cup of coffee or a place to sit.
