I am satisfied with the end result. But I’m not satisfied with the service experience itself because communication was not very good between the service department and myself. My truck was in the service department for 20 days and I got seven text messages. Several times I called and left messages and was not called back, I would get sporadic text messages updating me on the progress of the repair work. I believe that the communications on progress of the repair work should be at least once a day or twice a day either through text or through a phone call.
