I use Akins Ford because you have given me the best service of any other Ford dealership. But today I had an oil change and rotation. The service was quick and the advisor was thorough but on receiving my truck I noticed the technician was not neat and left oil running on my fender. So when I got home it made me check underneath. I found one of the dust cover screws missing and it was hanging down. I will be in tomorrow to get it put back on properly. ( When a technician is messy usually that means they tend to hurry and forget things)
