Allen was great. When he called me and told me the parts were in, I informed him that my wife would be bringing my truck to the dealer but she would have to get a ride home. Allen informed me that he would have someone come to our house and get the truck. Also, when the service was complete the truck was delivered back to our house saving my wife finding a ride. No dealer has offered that service before. Great job.
