As always, the customer service experience here is too notch. I appreciate Jonah and his professional attitude and sense of humor. He did an excellent job. My preference is that Ford company again starts selling sedans so that I can continue to come here after the service life of my current vehicles is over.

The car got fixed to my satisfaction. My dealings with Michael **** met my expectations. He communicated with me regularly and made me feel like a valued customer each time. Checkout was fast and went smoothly. Was disappointed with the extended time period between the date of calling to make an appointment and actually getting an appointment scheduled. Fortunately, I was able to continue driving my vehicle during that time period. Needed a rental car, but that option was not available for another 4-6 weeks. Could not wait 2-3 months to have my car repaired. Was forced to go to an outside source to rent a car of which cost I had to absorb.

One thing to note however. Maybe try to move the driver seat back to its original location. The free fall was unexpected.
