We had a recall appt, was told we would be kept updated. We rcvd no communication for 2 days, then on 3rd day we called 2 times after lunch to try to get an update. He called us back, rambled a bit and said car was being worked on then. We were trying to coordinate picking up our car but didn't know if we would be able to. Don't understand why we left our car for 3 days if it just sat there until the last minute. No communication was our primary disappointment.
