The only thing I was not satisfied with was the time it took to diagnose the problem. My advocate Jaylynn Nunn was very helpful to keep me posted on progress. I was not prepared in advance when I made the appointment on how long I was going to be without a vehicle. The repair seems to be made correctly so I am very pleased with that.

Whoever worked on my car went through my glove box even though I had it locked. I did not appreciate them going through it and than leaving all the paper work I had in there on the seat and not putting it back the way it was. Very unprofessional, they should have asked me if they could look in there before unlocking it and going through my personal things and leaving a mess on my seat and not putting anything back in the glove box.
