Had to come home from out of state for a family emergency, truck had some problems and I explained my situation and had my truck ready and delivered back to me in just under a week. I couldn’t thank them enough fkr jumping through some rings to help me out.

I'm from out of town and my van broke down on a Saturday night. I left the van at Akins, Erica called me Monday outlined the steps Akins was going to take and told me to text her if I had any issues. I was reassured at that moment I was at a good place. Erica and JR Collins kept me in the loop, as I was staying at a hotel, as to how soon a repair could be made. As I told the driver that picked up and dropped me off, I've never had service like this. Turns out I had service from a great place. Thank you very much Erica and JR, very appreciated.

The tires were rotated but the tires were not inflated to the proper level. My front tires were at 80 psi and my rear tires were 60 psi. That is not the correct inflation. Also they lubicated my passenger front window and there was grease left on my truck and it seeped out the bottom of the door. Usually get great service, but this was a disappointment.
