I was so excited about getting my new tires and the points, also got an oil change. Kevin said it was going to cost over $200, to replace my gas tank so that was my only disappointment.

She answered all my questions and when she did not know the answer she went and found someone who could answer them. Unbelievable service! I got there early Tuesday morn at 6:15 and the shop does not open till 7. ms Tina invited me in as she was staging vehicles for the day for a cup of coffee and to get out of the cold. This team has awesome communication tools to keep the customer in the loop at every stage of the repair and everyone is courteous and kind. I have taken my truck to other dealerships only to be constantly disappointed but never again. Only Aiken for me.
