Erica is awesome, she stepped up and handled my situation with professionalism and courtesy. I had to return my truck to correct a faulty repair, which should not have happened. However Erica and the manager responded immediately to correct the issue.

Eric was very professional and personable. He greeted me quickly and reminded me that tire rotation came with my complete oil change.
He spoke to me about some things the technician had found and recommended I call setup an appointment. I told him we had someone that did repairs on our car and I appreciated that he was not pushy for me to only come to Akin. I come from Lilburn to Akin for service on my vehicle because I purchased my car here and felt the dealership was honest. Eric made me feel like I was important even though I was a woman (I haven’t always felt like that with other service reps at Akin). I hope I can always work with Eric when I come in.
