It took a month to repair a tail light. I feel that was really too long. I also feel that I was not kept in the loop as far as what was going on with my vehicle during that time. I also had a discussion with the manager about the tail light because I am the sales rep was thinking it was under warranty And we came up with a solution and then a week later and then my service rep calls me a week later to let me know that the tail light has been delivered to the store and when will I bring my vehicle back and I had to let him know that my vehicle was still there, so I’m a bit confused. I’m a bit hurt, because when all this started, I was expecting it to be covered under warranty and it was
