It amazes me how together your service teams seem to work together to get in and out. The employees are courteous and helpful to help in any way they can. Also, the cleanness of the building is a plus. Keep up and keep improving.

My break light keeps randomly coming on and my car turns off. My fluids were not filled as promised. I sent pictures in replied text message you all sent me when “supposedly servicing my car.” I got this car because this happened last yr. Days or maybe a week after an oil change at the same place left me with a dry transmission stick and smoking transmission. Same problem different year & different vehicle but can someone please contact me about rectifying this no fluids situation in my recent visit feb 29,2024. Thank you I really don’t wanna be on the side of any highway again after trusting you all to service my vehicles. I’m very disappointed I also missed a trip because of this it’s very inconsiderate of a business My grandfather was a Hester and really Good friends with the owner they have never did or liked bad business this is unacceptable. Not once but twice.

The service never happened. Was told Akins would be at the hospital for mobile oil change. My guess is it was cancelled for weather, but I was never given an update or heard from anybody until I got a text asking how the service was.

Original appt changed by Jordan. No problem, I understood and made changes to my schedule after confirming day and time. On that day I waited an hour and a half past the scheduled time. No call no show so I called to find out the appointment wA for the afternoon hours. So again, I my afternoon schedule. 20 minutes later I receive a call from Matt who said he was going to come by earlier like in 15 minutes. Armando is who originally was to be working on this. Matt did not appear to be on his game, I confirmed the work and he did not have the rotors, only brake pads. Me: “don’t bother coming out”. He apologized, stated someone will call me to reschedule when you had the rotors for a ‘20 Edge. Not what I expected from Aikens. As a former, dissatisfied, Athens Ford customer.
