Mentioned radio issue at previous warranty repair and told to see if persisted. Did and it kept happening so schedule service to fix. Thought covered under warranty and never told it wasn’t so get there today and told $179 diagnostic fee plus I’d pay for repair. Plus I’d have to pay for rental I guess. Had I been told all this I’d not drive from Monroe prior to work to do this. I told Akins about this previously and waited per your instructions and now not covered and wasted my time today. Bad service all around !

Eric was great. As always. The vehicle service was great as always. The loaner process for the first time was poor. I was accused of smoking in the vehicle and no matter what I said she would not believe me. It had been smoked in but not by me or anyone I know. Have never would never smoke anything ever in my life. I was not happy at all with her continued accusations.
