Bobby was great, I appreciate the texting. The part was originally on backorder, but Bobby and the team found a way to get it in the following week. The mechanic also apparently would have stayed late to finish the repair by the original day they estimated. I declined that. I was happy to get my vehicle back in a timely manner. I realize now too that the original estimate included both exhaust manifolds, though I was told only the right side had been replaced. It was my understanding that only the right side had problems, so that makes sense, it just wasn't brought up after the repair was finished.

I’ll be calling in the morning. I came for an oil change this morning and someone failed to properly attach my undershield. It only had one screw placed in the front (all the other screws are completely absent) and came loose driving down the highway.
