Hayden had secured two tires for me confirmed with me the day before I came that they were there. However when the installer went to get the tires someone else had sold and installed them on another vehicle. Hayden then informed me that you were upgrading the tires you were installing at the cost of the ones I had confirmed with him. Had you ask me to pay the upgraded price I would have told him no, and left and not returned. Here’s the reason, that was my first interaction with Hayden even though this circumstances was not his fault. The previous employee that I have dealt with Ethan had restored my faith in your establishment with three prior visits. This would have undone all he had established with me. I regret to say I would have not looked favorably on Hayden but I would never have trusted Akin again. As a single women we most often feel like the prey in situations like this because there is always the element to be taken advantage of. Thank You for upholding Hayden’s integrity with me, and yours as a dealership.

Service and time waiting were good. One thing Akins can fix with better signage to find the heavy duty truck service center in the back. I had to drive around the buildings until I found a technician that showed me. Other than that .. perfect. I will not mention that on the Chrysler survey.

I’m about 90% happy, now I don’t want the young man to get in trouble please. I just would like a little better communication is all. I completely understand how busy it is there. But if I receive a text, asking me if I have any questions, and then I’ll reply with a question I expect to get a reply back. Not a big deal to me but to some this will send them over the top, I’m sure you know what I mean. Jonah is seems like a nice young man and was courteous. Thanks have a blessed day!

The only thing that I would like to add is that the vehicles should be run through a car wash Jessi exterior before they are delivered back to the client. This is the third vehicle. I’ve brought to Akins and I’ve never had one clean on the exterior when I get it back. I’m a previous Tene 12 year Lexus and I never got my car back where it hadn’t been run through the car wash before it was put back in my hands. That is just one service I would think what add to the quality.
