A window regulator has been ordered for 3 weeks and when I called today, Tom which I have confidence in said the order was made but delivery was lost. Not Tom’s fault but I never received a call when to bring my truck into be repaired.
I’m in the service food business and this is not acceptable. Your service is deteriorating and you need to hear it. Be glad to discuss it with your upper management if you would be open to it. Andy Harris
