Worst experience ever , every time I visit the service department for anything with my car. It is an absolute disaster. There is no communication with the advisor. No one knows what’s going on. It took over 2 1/2 hours to get a tire plugged and then my car sat for another 15 minutes in the bay before I could get my paperwork and leave when I didn’t have to pay anything because I have a maintenance plan I hate having to get my car serviced at Akins because it’s absolutely ridiculous and just terrible customer service every time

The service was so friendly, attentive and professional. This is also true of the last time I had to bring it in. I just wish services could be provided in a more timely manner. Both times I’ve brought my van in for “minor” issues (battery replacement and windshield wiper fluid flow) it’s taken over a week because they are so busy. I was very fortunate to have use of the dealership’s rental at no cost this time, and I am very thankful. But last time I had to pay for a rental for over a week. The service is great, I just wish the turn around time was quicker.
