I had my 2005 mustang serviced and paid for a new key and key fob. I was told that everything was complete and Akins brought the car to me. When I received the vehicle the key fob did not work properly. I paid for the work under the false pretense that everything was complete. I called back to Akins and was told that it would be an extra charge to completely fix the issue with the key fob. This is not the level of customer service I’m used to from Akins. Akins is the reason I buy Fords. I ‘ve been a customer for over 15 years and always refer others to Akins.

Had the truck checked out and a full write up of exactly what needed to be done and the parts needed. Scheduled the repair two weeks out so I could get the truck back as soon as possible. I dropped off the truck and it sat in the back parking lot for two weeks waiting on parts. I thought that was the reason I scheduled the service. Waited another week in line so the tech could get to it and three weeks later I get the truck back to do a 8 hour job. Mike was great but terrible planning and preparation on the service.

It's been over a month since l brought my vehicle a 2019 Ram Laramie in for the bed window leak and I'm still waiting for a window replacement authorization. Is been water tested twice and apparently the approved seal repair isn't working. Meanwhile my vehicle is at risk of having the RF module damaged as well as having mold and midew damage. Having to wait this long to have a repair which l was notified was covered completed is incomprehensible.
