Yes I was greeted very promptly when I arrived at the service check in and my request for service was documented and I was directed to the customer lounge! As soon as the requested service was performed I was advised of the other items of concern that would me needed to be corrected in the near future. I used the quick checkout and was on my way! When you find something seriously wrong during and inspection it would seem you would proactively engage with the customer. Other than asking if I read the report he offered no input to getting it fixed. I had to ask how soon I could get it in for repair and he said probably a week. It's being fixed tomorrow at another shop. I had to ask for tire options be printed out. He gave me one and did not offer any suggestions. I've purchased 4 cars from Akin since retiring back to Winder in 2013. All were 100% serviced by you to this point but that will no longer be the case going forward.
