My car had been there 4 days and on Thursday they told me they had to order the part for the warranty work, the part wouldn’t get there til next Monday and would hopefully be repaired Tuesday next week. Why wasn’t the part ordered Monday? Why was I told the part was there? Very frustrated.

Jaylynn was nice. However as an advisor she should have made sure the job was done correctly. We brought the truck in on Tuesday because the backup camera was no longer working. They called us on Wednesday. Said it was ready. We picked it up today and when my husband drove it and checked the back camera, it was not working properly. We took it back to the service center within less than an hour, they programmed it properly. However, instead of taking responsibility for what they had not done. They told my husband it must've been because we had a tuner on it and that is not the case at all and take offense to that comment. Also, when we originally picked it up, they just dropped it off at the front and we were not greeted by a member of the staff for us to even look to see if it was working right. This was NOT a recall a $800 out of our pocket job. We have used Akins on multiple occasions, and I have to say this was the first time we were truly disappointed in the customer service.
