I came in to get an oil change and brakes put on my company vehicle through the wheels program. When I called ahead, I was assured that it could be done while I waited. The oil change was completed, but the wheels program had not approved the brakes that day and I was told that as soon as it was approved in the morning I would be notified. I never received a phone call as it was 2 o’clock in the afternoon so I called the wheels program and was told that it was approved at 11:45 in the morning. When I called the dealership, I was told that it still was not approved until I told Brandon that I called the wheels program and they told me that it was. I felt like Brandon the writer had poor communication skills and a lack of desire to get the job completed.
