This visit I did not receive communication regarding the status of my car unless I sought it out. My car was there for. Week and I still have to take it back for the purpose that I took it in for.
In addition to this, during the 50k mile inspection they did not refill the washer fluid and the light was on.
Not the service I’ve experienced since purchasing in Aug 2024

I got home and was looking over my paperwork and it stated my tires were rotated. No they were not rotated because I knew there was a nail in my back right tire and when I took it to get it fixed later that afternoon the nail was still in the back right tire NO rotation was done

Service broke my phone holder that was installed on my windshield and threw the broken holder on the floor of my passenger seat. I think coming to a speeedy remedy would have helped but so far Chris hasn’t been very communicative.
