I did not have an appointment so I was a walking. They said it would be ready within an hour and it was. Everyone was nice, the waiting room had coffee and soda. Chris was outstanding. He organized my synthetic oil change and tire rotation. The vehicle inspection found the cabin filter needed to be replaced. I asked if he could recommend a paint free dent specialist. He said he would contact the collision department and let me know. He called after I left the dealership with a “Dent Man” recommendation. My 2019 Expedition with only 24,000 miles. I have 2 small parking lot door dings which are being repaired at my home on Wednesday. I was also impressed with the waiting room with a box of Kleenex on every table. I was very happy with my experience and will be back.
