It is understandable why Aikens is the #1 Ford dealer in America. staff is very easy to work with, they have gone above and beyond to work with clients. there is also the work ethic and being up front and honest with the clients. ****, service rep.. responded to calls to explain any question posed, there is also the honesty factor and keeping me posted on progress. The original symptom pointed to a starter issue, **** called me, with part needing to be replaced, cost and ok to perform the work. **** called back a bit later and informed me that the actual issue was a switch that malfunctioned and cost for replacement, and permission to proceed on. The honesty factor, quality of work, attention to detail, and the expediency which this situation was handled is why I would choose only Aikens to service my F150

The customer service at drop off and pickup was amazing. And we love the dealership. I just thought it was odd I didn’t get a call telling me what was wrong with the car and what they were going to do to fix it. I always get a call.
