The only thing I do not like about having my vehicles serviced at Akins Ford is the surcharge for using my credit card. I’m sure if your customers could pay in cash they would. Being able to use a credit card brings your dealership a lot of business. The surcharge loses you customers. At the least you could split the cost of the surcharge with your customers.
