Chris is great, I did have an issue with having my vehicle registration and the registration and tag for my utility trailer which was in my glove box taken as it was there when I took my wheel lock out of the glove box but a few days later I was looking for it and it was not there. I am convinced that it was taken while my vehicle was being serviced.

Melvin is awesome! He patiently listened to all my car issues and explained everything that could be done to diagnose my car. Once the test was complete and diagnosis was made, he told me all the options and prices to fix it. Luckily, parts were in stock and few days later my car was ready for pickup. Melvin was very professional, respectful, and has excellent customer service skills! He kept us informed during the whole process. I will definitely come back in the future & ask for Melvin specifically. Thank you for taking care of me and my Fusion! P.S. The man that sits next to Melvin was great, too!
