I ask for my inspection report when I checked out and I got a blank report, so I ask did they do anything? So they said they would get me the contrrect one , it took 15-20 minutes to produce it, I really think all they did was just click all the green boxes to print it to show all things are good …. Do they really do a multi point inspection? Also they didn’t put a sticker on the inside of my windshield to say when next oil change is due , they just rest my oil life to 100%. Did they really change my oil ? Also when they rotate my tires they didn’t adjust the air pressure….front tires should be 60 and rear 65… I can tell by the dashboard read out that they DID rotate because my front tires are at 65 and the rear are at 60

I find my business is not important to akins and have only continued coming there due to my warranty. Over the last few years the quality of service and my confidence in akins has remained at an all time low. Unfortunately like so many businesses, with your company growth and increase in customer base, you have lost the personality and commitment many of us thought was worth the trip.
