Bobby reese was fantastic, kept me up to date and walked me thru the entire process. When i did have a problem, Sterling got involved and he came out his office confrontational, had an attitude and talked down to me. He was not willing to listen to my concerns and seemed to have no care about my situation. I tried to reason with him and he accused me of causing and scene and blaming me for my faulty repair when my vehicle broke down in the service drive. He then said he googled my concern and it was a common issue therefore not his problem. Terrible experience with sterling.
