I couldn’t get my tires balanced they said due to the suspension. Rudy was great and promised that someone named Angela would be calling to set up a diagnostic appointment for next week. She never called. I drive all 4 of my grandchildren around and I am concerned that something will happen to my vehicle now when they are with me. My service Thursday was great, I am just disappointed with the follow thru on completion of my service and the safety of my vehicle.

Dealership Service Department was very busy Thursday morning 10/2/25 with a double row of customers autos lined up 6 or 7 vehicles deep!! Didn’t have to wait but possibly 5 minutes before I was greeted by a service representative!! I told him my name and that I would like to get an oil change with new filter and have my trucks tires rotated! He walked me to the door of the customers lounge and he told me to make myself at home, get a cup of coffee and he would notify me who my vehicle was serviced and ready to go! Got myself a cup of coffee and sat down in the lounge and about 45 minutes later got a text on my phone that my truck was serviced and ready to go!! Service advisor came into the lounge and walked me to his service desk. I paid the bill for the oil change and tire rotation and was on my way home in less than an hour from my arrival time!! Vehicle was serviced ask I requested and the service provided was awesome and performed very quickly!! Well Done Gentleman!!!

Mike, and the other Aikens employees have always provided us with excellent service. My wife made the observation that Aikens maintains a caring and homey feel while being such a large organization. A feat not easily accomplished.
