Matthew was excellent. Period I consider Aikens Ford to be the Chick-fil-A car dealers. I’ll give you five stars. Seven stars if possible. But it is beyond me. How do you go to the degree to satisfy the customer but yet it takes 2 1/half weeks due to shortage of qualified personnel, to honor a warranty issue

I have expressed a desire to open the transmission. And was told they did t see a need to warrant that procedure. I have had several trips and days with two commercial vehicles both the same Make and model. Really wish after three trips with the first one and to find metal in the drive train and the same thing is been made aware by an additional three trips and the whole purpose for this trip was to open it up and see.
