Rudy was very helpful and professional in helping me with my service. I was greeted promptly once I pulled in and he took the time to explain the whole process in me leaving my car for service and never once did I feel like just some forgot about customer which is why I don’t use that dealership in athens anymore, Aikens Ford has never once ignored, turned there back on, or acted like my previous dealership did. Aikens ford and Rudy will always be my preferred dealer even if i move out of state!!! This place is the BEST!!
