We had some issues when I first bought my new F-250 but Davalos and Sterling made it right…they gave me a loaner truck and compensated me in a very thoughtful way that I wouldn’t have asked for because it was a lot financially and I won’t repeat it here because I don’t want customers demanding it from them…I wasn’t a perfect customer to deal with and I acknowledge that but I didn’t ask for any special treatment just get my new truck problems solved…well they went way above that and not only solved the problem but offered me something that they didn’t have to offer and I really didn’t deserve it…but because I didn’t ask for it I think that’s why they offered it…Thanks boys! Awesome and I am very satisfied!
