You failed to provide a replacement vehicle to assist in my need as you kept mine you consistently have a backlog everytime either because of poor manufacturing or not enough techs. Always quick to push get service at the sale but never deliver. I bought and paid big money for an extended waranty and spent hundres 000s with dodge. Getying a loaner should never ever be an issue. Hire more techs if you cant do that and add more bays if you have that much of a constant ford / dodge repair backlog.

Vanessa & the Akins management team were able to greatly help us out by discounting one of the batteries for us. Overall, my experience was good. However, I was displeased with the amount of time it took the van to get fixed & the lack of communication. I had to reach out multiple times to get an update. Also, I understand that this is a 2020 used vehicle, and some wear and tear is to be expected. That being said, I find it concerning that within just 3 months of purchasing this vehicle from Akins, both batteries have failed, the rear driver-side sliding door was malfunctioning, & the engine had developed a coolant leak. We LOVE Akins, my family & I have purchased over 8 vehicles with you guys. We will continue to keep Akins as our number 1 option. I just wanted to express some of my concerns. Thank you -Austin

Took almost 3 hours for a tire rotation after I was told an hour tops, after I got my truck back I checked the tire pressure because it was riding bad and instead of having 65 psi like the tire is rated for, (and what I keep in them) they had aired them down to 35 psi while rotating my tires.
