Gavin was gone from his desk every time I walked looking for him. Had several people looking for him.
I much rather the other guy that I have been using for the last 3 years. Just my opinion.

Clay was great. I had an appt, arrived 30 min early and they completed my car's 1st check up 2 hrs later. It was Veterans Day and the service manager had taken the vets out to lunch. I totally appreciate that but I think that with that happening they should have not made so many appts thus putting ghe service dept in a bind.

Gavan did a great job. I showed up without an appointment, I was not aware the new requirement (to me) to schedule my service appointment but he did a great job explaining the reasons. Although I didn’t schedule, he worked me in and got my service done within 90 minutes. That’s a plus in my opinion!
